TecomCloud team prepared latest updates for our customers.
We are excited to introduce our new support videos!
Please check https://www.tecomdoorbell.com to see pairing process of doorbell and smartphone (iOS and Android) and two ways of adding one more user to the already registered doorbell.
Updated Cloud2door V 2.0.14 for iOS and V 2.0.14 for Android are available for download.
The latest updates on Cloud2Door App include issue fixes and the following improvements:
Improvement in Wi-Fi chime paring process
Users can now assign Wi-Fi chime name to the pared device.
Reminder: you can connect up to 4 Wi-Fi chimes to one D1021 video doorbell.
Improvement in the events list
It’s now easy to see whether the event was triggered by motion or by the call. We improved the App UI by separating these two events in different columns.
Reminder: in Motion log, P stands for PIR and M stands for motion detector.
Modify “Account management” page
With the new update, the App will synchronize with Tecom Cloud Server not only when you tap open the App, but also when you open the “Account management” page, so you can see the latest changes made by other users.
Bug fix in UI function
We fixed some small issues to ensure smooth App operation.
